Hotel quotes are the easiest place for a nasty surprise, so here is the structure we work to.
Included in every quote
- Room for the nights and occupancy stated in your plan
- The named property, or one from the shortlist you approved
- Meal plan exactly as written in the plan
- Coordination with the hotel about your arrival time
- One contact for both stay and vehicle
- GST as applicable, shown separately
Charged separately, told to you upfront
- Meals outside the stated meal plan
- Extra bed, early check-in and late check-out
- Hotel taxes and levies charged at the property
- Room service, laundry and anything billed at checkout
- Peak-date rate changes, if you confirm later than quoted
We quote per trip, not off a rate card, so you get one all-inclusive amount in writing. Nothing above gets added later without your say.

Do you own these hotels?
No. We are a travel operator, not a hotel chain. We book with properties we and our customers have used, and we tell you which one it is before you confirm.
Can I book a room without a car?
Our hotel bookings are meant to sit alongside a trip we are running. If you need a room only, tell us anyway and we will say honestly whether we can help.
What if the hotel is not as promised?
Call us, not the front desk. We deal with the property, and on our regular routes we can usually move you. That is the actual reason to book through a person.
Do you handle wedding guest rooms?
Yes, and it is one of our most common requests — rooms near the venue plus the shuttle between hotel and venue, planned together.
