What organisers need to know
How many people fit a Tempo Traveller?
Commonly 9 to 13 seats depending on the variant and the layout. With heavy luggage the comfortable number is lower, and we will tell you which vehicle actually suits your count.
Can you pick up from several points?
Yes. Multiple pickups inside our service areas are normal for group trips, and they go into the written pickup plan you can forward to everyone.
Do you do school trips?
Yes. Tell us the school requirements — supervision, seating, halt policy, arrival time — and we plan to those, since they are usually non-negotiable.
Is a bus available for a single day?
Yes, single-day picnics and outings are among our most common group jobs. Ask early for winter weekends, which fill first.
