Who we are
Cini Travels is a travel operator based between Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport at Dum Dum and Boro Kanthalia, near Sister Nivedita University, Barrackpore. We run wedding cars, outstation trips, hourly rentals, airport transfers, hotel bookings and tour packages with our own drivers and vehicles — not a booking app, not a call centre passing you around.

How we work
- You get an all-inclusive amount in writing before you commit — no rate-card guessing, and nothing added afterwards without your say.
- The driver’s name, mobile number and vehicle number reach your phone before pickup.
- One person handles your trip from the first message to the drop, so you never re-explain it.
- We say no when we cannot do a date, instead of accepting it and scrambling later.
Vehicles, papers and drivers
Our vehicles are run with valid registration, commercial permits, insurance and fitness papers, and are driven by licensed commercial drivers who know these routes. Vehicles are cleaned between trips. If a vehicle is off road, a replacement is arranged rather than your trip being cancelled at the last minute.
Where we operate
Pickups from Barrackpore, Sodepur, Khardah, Panihati, Titagarh, New Barrackpur, Naihati, Kanchrapara, Barasat, Dum Dum, Kolkata airport, Salt Lake, New Town and wider Kolkata on request. Outstation runs across West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Sikkim and the North East hills.
What we do not do
- We do not publish fares, because a real quote depends on the vehicle, the season and the actual route. We do publish exactly what a quote includes.
- We do not take payment to give you a price.
- We do not invent availability. If a car is gone for your date, we say so.
